First, please do not take this section of this website as bragging.  It truly has been my honor to work alongside some of the most important figures in the Rock and Roll business.

As a teenage boy, I used to read every single book written about The Beatles.  One thing that was repeated in every book that I read, was the fact that The Beatles loved and respected American Rock and Roll pioneers.

I never realized what people like Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley, Del Shannon, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Dick Clark had contributed and sacrificed to preserve and assure the survival of Rock and Roll until I read about them.

Who knew a few years later as a 21-year-old, that I would be standing next to these icons, performing their music with them, the music that changed the world and changed me.  Rock and Roll music has now became part of our culture and history and has withstood the test of time.

I don’t care what year it was, when “Johnny B. Goode” has been played live, on the radio or at a nightclub, people react.  Who can resist dancing to “Twist and Shout” or tapping their toe to “ Hey Bo Diddley?”  I know I can’t.

Below are some short stories about my experiences with a few of the Rock and Roll legends that became part of my life’s story.

I hope you enjoy reading them.
