Joe poses with whom he calls one of his favorite people on earth, Air Force Col. Patrick “Bull” Sheets. Bull headed up the in-air refueling operations and the U2 and Prowler spy plane base for both the Iraq and Afghanistan theaters. Joe and Bull remain friends to this day. |
