Kraig Foytek was killed in action of Oct 30, 2006. His friend in Skokie, IL, who missed this outstanding American so much have been saving their money to erect a memorial to one of Skokie's favorite sons. Joe Cantafio has been performing fund raisers with the people of Skokie for the past few years and now that mission in complete. Kraig joined the military because of the attacks on our country on Sept 11, 2001 and it is only fitting that his Memorial be dedicated on this day.

This Summer, Joe Cantafio & the 101st Rock Division will be returning to Iraq, Afghanistan, and other Middle Eastern destinations, to entertain American and Coalition Troops on the frontline.  When they return, they will head across America on a domestic military base tour, covering up to 80 bases in 27 states.  Entertainers from all areas of show-business, super-star athletes, and American icons, will Join Joe and the band at different bases.  Those dates will be posted soon... Joe Cantafio and the 101st Rock Division will perform immediately following the wedding of Marine Col. Dennis Arinello and the lovely Carleen Gwinn. Joe met the Col. in Baghdad and they became close friends. Dennis asked Joe to perform at his wedding, but when the wedding date fell on the same day as the Skokie event, the event planners offered to marry the Col. and Carleen at their event. Carleen is from Chicago, so this all worked out. The wedding is at 4:00; Joe and the 101st start at approximately 4:30 and the Ides of March start at 8:00 PM.
